An IDPMS implementation plan consists of the following aspects
Setup meeting
Every installation begins with a meeting with one of our consultants about the features of IDPMS. The entire configuration will be discussed and implemented in our software, during this initial phase of the process. We will discuss subjects such as; roomtypes, ratetypes, rates, confirmation letters, reporting, statistics, users, financial handling and many more. All of your specific requirements will be taken into account and translated into our set-up. The unprecedented flexibility of IDPMS will be demonstrated during this part of the process exhibiting the real value of IDPMS.
Training
Training staff how to use and maintain IDPMS is an integral step. The success of the implementation of IDPMS depends on the knowledge of the users. For this reason, training is an important aspect of installation. Your staff will be trained by our experienced consultants and be left with the knowledge to utilize the features of IDPMS.
The training of front-line employees will focus more on the daily uses of IDPMS and its different functionalities such as; making a reservation, sending confirmation letters, check-in, check-out, payments and more. Management training will focus more on reporting, rate management and other important tools they can use to translate their policies into IDPMS or extract useful data to ensure optimization of profits.
“Live” cover
Our consultants will be onsite to ensure all questions will be answered and everything will run smoothly, during the first couple of days of the fully operational IDPMS. We will also activate any interfaces with other systems, during this two day process.
Support & Maintenance
The agreement with Hotel Concepts is accompanied by a support and maintenance contract. This contract is mandatory for the first year, after this period you are free to determine whether you need our dedicated 24/7 support.
The support contract consists of three benefits;
- You can contact our support desk 24/7, 365 days a year.
- Your IDPMS will be updated remotely with newer versions including more functionality and other improvements.
- Support is handled out the United States and Holland.
