IDPMS Front Office

IDPMS Front Office is a guest-based reservation system. It divides the guests over the available rooms in the most efficient way, evaluating all special guest requests. All guest and reservation information is stored in the system, which enables a retrospective statistic analysis at any stage, based on any condition.
There are no restrictions to seasons or rate types. To maximize profits, IDPMS uses a built-in yield management system. By entering critical values for every period, rates are opened or closed. IDPMS Front Office can reach the optimum balance between the number of rooms rented out and the average room rate. Groups can be booked and checked in and out with the group reservations module. A group master offers the possibility to book different room types at different rates, possibly even with various arrangements.

Packages may be inserted at any one stage within a guest‘s stay. Packages may be compiled from any number of elements per day and be linked to season-dependent rate types. The Night-Audit can be activated by pressing one single key. All pre-defined procedures, including the daily reports, are sequentially run off. Allotments can be allocated to companies on a daily basis, per room type or room number. This allows a distinction to be made between corporate clients, who mostly book week stays, and tour operators, who mostly book rooms on the weekend.
