IDPMS is distributed through its own network, supported by local dealers. There are also strategic alliances with existing technology suppliers.

Distributors and dealers are continuously updated and trained with the newest software. Support is given through a 24 hour support desk. When required dealers and distributors are able to redirect their support to our International HotelWare & IDPMS support team.

By using modem and DSL connections, it is possible to connect to the users system, this guarantees a swift and accurate intervention. Hotel chains or alliances often use a self-created support desk, this will be fully trained by our support team, and will receive the same appliances as used by our support team. Using HotelWare or IDPMS offers the flexibility of custom made software, for the price of standard software.
