Complete Logging
Tasks can be scheduled by individuals for themselves or management can assign specific users to complete tasks. Due date and priority are assigned at time of creation. Priorities can be low, normal or high. At time of creation, the user who assigned the task and a time stamp are recorded to the open
ticket. When the task is closed, a similar log is recorded. Traces can be searched for reporting purposes by trace type, date, user, or whether the trace is open or closed.

Extensive reporting
Close to 100 standard reports are available to all sales staff. Business on the books, pick-ups, lead time, performance statistics are all part of what comes out of the system either in print, pdf or exports to excel. Reports can be stored or e-mailed as well. The integrated Business Intelligence module helps you discover and present results on all your business.
And if you wish to dig deeper, a Data mining module is integrated as well. Cubes are predefined, but can be created on the fly as well. Flexibility to the extreme.
