Powerful rate controls
The integration of stay controls into the Rate Grid for setting daily rates, allows management to execute a rate strategy with confidence. Negotiated Rates for Companies, Travel Agents, Wholesale Tour Operators and Group business is easily accommodated. Standard rate restrictions such as minimum length of stay, a set number of rooms to sell, closed to arrivals and others are easily set or changed. Opening and closing rates based on the hotel’s overall occupancy is unique to IDPMS.
Multi-Property
A powerful option in the IDPMS Product Suite is that multiple hotels can seamlessly share the same database. Guest, Company and Agent profiles are shared by some or all hotels in the database. A change made in one of these profiles in one hotel is instantly available in the other hotels. User rights control who is allowed to makes changes in profiles. Hotel specific details such as room numbers and rates plans are configured per property.

Because of the use of standard Microsoft Windows functionality, anyone who has worked on a PC can work with IDPMS. A wise use of icons, shortcuts and hotkeys, makes IDPMS easy to learn and easy to use. This not just lowers the need for extensive initial training, it also means new staff is quickly up to speed. Our developers keep your checkbook in mind when creating software. This has resulted in low hardware requirements. The use of Microsoft’s SQL Server for the database management also contributes to that efficiency. There will be no need to hire a database administrator.
